By purchasing a ticket and attending Be Everything And More LIVE (the “Event”) hosted by The BEAM Life LLC (“BEAM Life”), you are agreeing to the following Terms & Conditions (aka the legal stuff that keeps everything clear and above board).

PHOTOGRAPHY + VIDEO RELEASE

You may be photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event—and by attending, you’re giving us full permission to use that content in any way we see fit (think: social media, promo materials, recap reels, etc.). We’re building a movement, and your presence helps make it shine. You will not receive compensation for the use of your image, voice, or likeness, and all such materials are the sole property of The BEAM Life LLC.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, no exceptions. Your ticket secures your seat, the experience, and all the magic we’re curating for this special night. We get that life happens—if you can’t make it, you can transfer your ticket to someone else by emailing us at [email protected] no later than June 1, 2025.

EVENT CANCELLATION OR CHANGES

While we plan to slay rain or shine, The BEAM Life LLC reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event at any time. If that happens, your ticket will be refunded only for the cost of admission. We are not liable for any travel, hotel, or other related expenses. Booking those is at your own risk, and we recommend trip insurance for peace of mind.

INDEMNITY CLAUSE

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify The BEAM Life LLC and all associated parties from any claims, damages, or costs (including legal fees) that may arise from your actions at or in connection with the Event.

SEVERABILITY

If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest still stands. We’re not throwing the whole thing out over one technicality.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California (since that’s where The BEAM Life LLC is based). Any legal action will be handled through that jurisdiction.

FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT

You understand you are waiving certain legal rights, and you accept that with clarity and confidence.
